Change of company name

We would like to inform you that with effect from July 1st, 2020 our company name changes from “F.LLI ROTTA S.p.A.” to “ProntoPack S.p.A.”.
We therefore invite you to change the new company name on all the documents addressed to us from today.

What changes from an accounting perspective?

  • You must register orders and invoice payments to ProntoPack S.p.A.
  • Location, tax number and VAT identification number do not change.
  • Bank details for payments do not change.

Will your contacts change?
Your current contacts remain the same and you can contact them at the usual email addresses. Emails sent to old addresses (…@fratellirotta.com) are automatically forwarded to new ones so that no emails are lost.
